Every child has their own learning pathway.
We understand it is our responsibility to ensure all our students are able learn and grow, no matter where they are on the learning continuum. Our teachers work in partnership with students to set challenging learning goals and provide learning experiences that enable them to attain these goals. This can include working with families to develop Individual Education Plans, liaising with expert staff members in addition to dedicated enrichment and intervention programs. We develop ‘low floor, high ceiling’ tasks that enable all students to practice the skills linked to their goals.
All children learn best in their own classroom, with the teacher that knows them best. Our school runs some specialised programs for targeted students, such as MacqLit reading intervention and the Victorian High Ability Program.
